A vetting workspace for your own candidates
You no longer need to post a job to assess someone. Bring candidates you have sourced yourself, send them the same proctored assessment our network takes, and read the results in a workspace only your company can see.
A minimum share of the paper for every skill
A role that asks for Python, SQL and Airflow should not come back with one Python question. You can now set a floor per skill, for example "at least 4 Python questions", and the assessment is generated to meet it. Floors are part of the same paper, never extra questions on top.
Reports you can read
The assessment report was rebuilt around what a hiring manager actually decides on: readable evidence instead of a list of scores, so you can judge the result yourself before the first call. If a result looks wrong, the report now has a way to raise it with us directly.
