This is not the developer’s salary. It is our flat service fee for employing them on your behalf. You agree the salary directly with the developer, we pay it to them in their currency, and we invoice you the salary plus the fee below. No percentage of salary, ever.

Credits refresh every billing cycle, so a monthly plan gives you fresh credits each month. Free trial credits are valid for 7 days. Your balance and expiry are always visible in your dashboard.
We offer a No Match Guarantee. If you have not found someone suitable within 30 days, we extend your credits by another 30 days.
Yes, any time, with no penalty. Access continues to the end of your current billing period and there is no long-term commitment.
