Every candidate must pass a rigorous 5-step vetting process: Technical Screening, a domain-specific Skills Assessment, a Live Coding Challenge, a System Design Interview, and a final Communication & Culture Review. Only the top 5% of applicants who begin this process are accepted into our network.

What are the payment terms and accepted methods?

We believe in simple, transparent billing. You receive a single monthly invoice for your entire team with no hidden fees. We accept payments via bank transfer (ACH/Wire) and all major credit cards through our secure client portal. You are invoiced at the end of each month for the upcoming month's engagement.

Are long-term contracts required?

We start with an initial 3-month minimum engagement to foster deep integration required for high-impact work. This ensures developers are invested in your project's outcome. After the initial term, the contract continues on a simple monthly rolling basis.

Who owns the Intellectual Property (IP)?

You do, 100%. Period. All work, code, and IP created by the developer is the exclusive property of your company from the moment it's created. Our client agreement legally guarantees this, providing you with the same level of security as a direct in-house hire.

From our initial strategy call, we guarantee you will meet the first hand-picked, pre-vetted candidates within 48 business hours. Because our talent is already vetted, the interview and decision process is dramatically accelerated. Most clients have their new developer starting within 7-10 days of our first conversation.

How does the '2-Week Trial' work?

It's our satisfaction guarantee. For any new engagement of 3 months or longer, the first 14 days are completely risk-free. If you're not 100% satisfied with the developer, you can end the contract without being invoiced for that time. We can also find a suitable replacement immediately.

What if I need to scale my team up or down?
