GCP Data Scientist

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Agentic AI / GenAI Engineer (Data Scientist) to design, develop, and deploy production-ready AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agentic AI frameworks.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG.
• Minimum 3 years of practical experience in GenAI, LLMs, RAG, or conversational AI.
• GCP experience is mandatory, preferably Vertex AI, Gemini, Cloud Run, or GKE.
• Experience developing APIs and backend services using FastAPI/Flask and REST APIs.
• Strong understanding of embeddings, vector databases, vector search, prompt engineering, and LLM evaluation.
• Knowledge of hallucination mitigation, LLM security, guardrails, and prompt injection prevention.
• Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Exposure to MLOps/LLMOps and production deployment of AI applications.

Good to Have

• Google Agent Development Kit (ADK).
• Gemini Enterprise / Agent Engine.
• Multi-agent systems and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Model monitoring, observability, and enterprise search integration.

Important Sourcing Instructions

• Prioritize candidates with strong hands-on GCP experience.
• Candidates with relevant experience in Vertex AI and Gemini will be preferred.
• Avoid candidates whose cloud experience is limited to AWS or Microsoft Azure.
• Focus on candidates who have built and deployed real-world GenAI/RAG applications in production.

Candidate Profile

Candidates should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, end-to-end AI solution development experience, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹5,000,000.00 per year
