Full Stack Developer (Power Pages)

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with Power Pages Migration expertise to support a public sector modernization initiative focused on transitioning legacy portal infrastructure to contemporary cloud-based solutions. This role will lead the technical transformation of an enterprise portal system, analyzing existing architecture, designing migration strategies, and executing the transition to Microsoft Power Pages while leveraging advanced data models and enterprise AI tools. The ideal candidate will take ownership of complex technical discovery, contribute solution design artifacts, and drive the modernization forward through hands-on development and strategic problem-solving.

This position requires someone who can analyze legacy portal systems and translate custom business logic into modern cloud-native code to support a comprehensive platform migration. The role encompasses migrating entity forms, Liquid templates, web files, and custom JavaScript from legacy Adxstudio Portals to Power Pages, utilizing Microsoft Copilot and related AI development tools to accelerate code translation and schema mapping. Responsibilities include performing data migration from standard to Enhanced Data Models using Power Platform CLI tools, recreating forms and lists in modern multistep formats, maintaining system integrations with external services such as payment processors and authentication frameworks, mapping legacy security roles to Dataverse permissions, and supporting user acceptance testing, deployment, and knowledge transfer to incoming team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field of study.
• 1+ years - demonstrated experience using Microsoft Copilot for Liquid translation, JavaScript generation, and troubleshooting.
• 3+ years - experience developing or migrating Adxstudio Portals (v8) to Power Apps Portals and Microsoft Power Pages.
• 3+ years - experience developing Adxstudio Portals (v8) and Power Apps Portals and Microsoft Power Pages.
• 3+ years - experience migrating standard portal data models to Enhanced Data Model using Power Platform.

Required Certifications

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400)
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200 or AB-410)

Nice to Have

• 3+ years - experience integrating Power Pages with external systems including payment processing, authentication providers, and SharePoint.
• 3+ years - experience mapping legacy security roles to Dataverse Table Permissions and Web Roles in Power Pages.
• 3+ years - expertise in Liquid syntax, custom JavaScript, HTML5, custom logic and CSS3 refactoring within portal templates.

Pay: $61,300.00-$145,000.00 per year
