Senior Software Engineer

Job Description – L2 EUC / Field Engineer

We are seeking experienced L2 EUC / Field Engineers to provide onsite End User Computing, desktop support, hardware troubleshooting, and hands-and-feet IT support.

The role involves supporting Windows/macOS environments, end-user devices, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, SCCM, Intune, Autopilot, VIP users, A/V systems, Smart Hands activities, basic networking, server-room support, asset management, and ITSM/ticketing systems.

The engineer will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, installing and configuring end-user devices, supporting peripherals and conference-room equipment, performing asset-related activities, handling onsite technical requests, and escalating complex issues when required.

Strong customer-service and communication skills are required, along with hands-on experience in L2 desktop/EUC or field support. Experience with Windows, macOS, AD, M365, SCCM/Intune/Autopilot, hardware troubleshooting, networking, VIP support, and ITSM tools is preferred.

Pay: From ₹1,914.00 per hour
