AI/ML Engineer – Applied AI, GenAI & Agentic Systems

The person should be responsible for:

Analyse existing business and operational data and identify high-value AI opportunities.

Design and implement AI/ML solutions for payment analytics, customer analytics, forecasting and business intelligence.

Develop AI solutions across manufacturing operations including procurement, raw materials, production, quality, inventory, sales and dispatch.

Build predictive models for demand, production, inventory, quality and operational performance.

Develop AI-powered analytics and management decision-support systems.

Build GenAI/RAG applications that allow employees and management to interact with business data using natural language.

Design and implement AI agents capable of monitoring events, reasoning over business data and initiating predefined workflows.

Integrate AI systems with existing ERP, POS, payment, production, inventory and other business systems.

Develop computer-vision solutions for automated quality inspection where applicable.

Establish data pipelines and AI infrastructure required to support production AI systems.

Deploy, monitor and continuously improve AI models in production.

Establish appropriate AI governance, security, evaluation and human-approval mechanisms.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
